Reliability is the factory's first focus. Reliability means on-time delivery of orders taken from all customers. All of our working assets are broken down by operation and are entered into master planning system.
The master planning software considers all capacities, machinery restrictions, and existing orders and quotes deliveries that are solid and achievable.
Orders that cannot be completed within the customer time frame will never be accepted by the master planning department. Upon customer approval, a time and action schedule is established as a guideline for all pre-production and production events. This is a feature that insures the company's commitment to reliability.
