Our "mini factory" or sample room is set up to cut, embroider, and sew samples, intended for fit approval, wash development, sales samples/ duplicates or any other type of production tests. The pattern room is set up with Lectra systems software for pattern making, grading and marking. We have the ability to convert and translate Gerber or from any other system patterns as well as to develop a single pattern from a sketch, measurement chart or garment.
We are capable to develop multiple styles simultaneously in our pre-production area.
