The water treatment plant can treat up to 1,200 Gallons per Minute or 1.7 million gallons of water per day.
Given the high volume of water needed in the jeans finishing process, we have secured a completely circular water system.Our factory is equipped with a water treatment facility that cleanses, recycles, and re-uses up to 70% of our effluent. The remaining portion is used for irrigational purposes throughout the facilities, with the balance being safely discharged after meeting or exceeding Comision Nacional de Aguas requirements. National water governing commission strictly monitors our discharge.
